Group discount pass
The MAX 2009 three or more group discount program offers special savings when you register a group from your company. When three or more full conference passes are ordered, your registration price per pass is only $1,095. Large groups of 20 or more may be eligible for greater discounts. If interested, please send an e-mail to questions@max.adobe.com for more information. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promotion codes. The three or more group discount must be paid in full by credit card. You may choose to pay with the same credit card for the multiple registration fees or use individual credit cards for each transaction. Payment by purchase order or check is not acceptable. The three or more group discount applies only to the full conference pass. Qualifying passes must be purchased from the same organization with the same e-mail suffix, for instance, attendee-one@xyzcompany.com. If there are not three qualifying members from your organization registered by Friday, September 18, 2009, the credit card or cards used for the individual registrations in the three or more group discount will be charged the difference between a full conference pass and the group discount pass of $1,095, based on the date of your registration. Preconference lab passAll preconference labs, which are offered as a supplement to the standard conference schedule, are priced in addition to your registration fee. Space is limited to 50 attendees per preconference lab, and these spots fill quickly. Note that some preconference labs are in BYOL format; you must have the appropriate configuration on your own laptop prior to registering for these labs. Each preconference lab pass includes:
Guest social passRegistered MAX attendees are permitted to purchase a guest social pass, which can be used to bring a guest to two conference evening events: the Sponsor Welcome Reception (Monday, October 5), and the MAX Bash (Tuesday, October 6). Each guest social pass holder must be accompanied by a paid MAX 2009 registrant. Evening events are not available for individual purchase. The guest social pass does not include access to any sessions, continental breakfasts or lunches, or any other activities that are reserved for attendees with full conference or day passes. |
Government, education, and nonprofit discount
A special discount is available to employees of federal, state, or local government entities; public and private educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations. All attendees registering with this discount will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or proof of education or nonprofit status upon checking in. Adobe may, at its sole discretion, charge the standard fee(s) for anyone unable to satisfy proof of employment requirements to Adobe's satisfaction. Additional discounts do not apply. Pass pickupPreconference lab passes and full conference passes and related materials will be available for pickup beginning Sunday, October 4, at 7am at the registration area in the West Hall at the Los Angeles Convention Center. See full hours of operation below. A government-issued photo ID, such as your driver's license or passport, will be required to activate your pass and to collect your MAX 2009 conference materials. Your conference pass is required for admission to all sessions, labs, and conference activities. On-site registration hours
