Registration policies

MAX 2009 Payment policy

All registration fees for Adobe MAX 2009 are in U.S. dollars. Two forms of payment for the conference registration fees will be accepted: a valid, major credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa), or a purchase order/check. Each form of payment will require agreement to adhere to the payment, cancellation, and substitution policies clause for that type of payment.

The payment option of purchase order/check will be available only through Monday, August 31, 2009. Beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2009, and through the end of MAX 2009, which concludes on Wednesday, October 7, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa will be the only available methods of payment.

When choosing to pay the MAX registration fees with a purchase order or check, registrants will receive an automated invoice with specific payment instructions for the balance due with their confirmation e-mail. Upon registration, attendees will immediately be able to schedule sessions beginning in the middle of June. Each attendee has 30 days from the date of registration on the invoice to pay the fees to the Adobe MAX 2009 Registration Center. If payment is not received by Adobe within 30 days, the attendee's schedule will be cleared and registration will be null and void.

Note: Registration for Adobe MAX 2009 is open to attendees 18 years of age and older.

MAX 2009 Substitution policy

Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time at no charge but must be made in writing. Granting registration status to an individual outside your company will not be permitted. To substitute attendees, please send an e-mail to questions@max.adobe.com. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from the MAX 2009 Planning Team.
