MAX 2009 offers a dynamic session scheduling application, MAX Scheduler, which enables you to easily browse sessions, labs, and BYOL labs and build your personal MAX schedule. Search through over 200 sessions and 100 labs by various criteria, including required skill level, track, audience, featured products, and speaker.

Build your MAX schedule

Once you have registered for a MAX 2009 conference pass, click the button below to launch the MAX Scheduler.

Launch MAX Scheduler
  • To gain access, enter the same username and password you created during the MAX 2009 registration process.
  • To create your personal MAX 2009 schedule, simply drag and drop the sessions and labs that you would like to attend into the My Schedule tray at the bottom of the MAX Scheduler. Be sure to take note of prerequisites needed for any courses that are intermediate or advanced so that you are well prepared for the course.
NOTE: Sessions and labs fill up early. Be sure to create your personal MAX schedule as soon as possible to guarantee your sessions and labs.

Connect with Facebook friends

This year Adobe has partnered with Facebook so you can see what sessions or labs your friends are attending. Look for the Facebook icon on the MAX Scheduler to view which of your friends have registered for different sessions. Be sure to click on the Connect with Facebook link once you've logged into the MAX Scheduler so your Facebook profile is linked to your schedule.

Find speakers in the Audience

You can now see which MAX speakers are planning on attending different sessions and labs while at MAX. Look for the Speakers icon when logged into the MAX Scheduler to see what sessions and labs the MAX speakers plan on attending.

Export My Schedule to PDF

Once you have added sessions and labs to your schedule, you can download a PDF of all of your assigned sessions and labs plus other MAX activities including general sessions, Meet the Teams, Sponsor Welcome Reception and the Sneak Peeks.

Export My Schedule to iCal

You can sync your schedule to your personal calendar which will include all of the sessions you have signed up for as well as other MAX activities such as general sessions, Meet the Team events, Sponsor Welcome Reception, and the Sneak Peeks.

Locate session rooms

Session room locations will be finalized one week before MAX 2009. Once they are finalized, we will notify you via e-mail, so you can log in to the MAX Scheduler to see where your sessions will be held. We recommend that you either export your schedule to PDF or to your iCal just prior to coming to the event. In addition, there will be Information Kiosks located around the convention center where you can out your schedule.
